I'm 51 and live in the wonderful steel city, Sheffield in South Yorkshire. I have always been passionate about Health and Well Being and started my career as a Beauty Therapist and Reflexologist.
My specialisms are helping busy professionals to navigate through all the conflicting health information and find a fun way that gets results. Health shouldn't be boring or restrictive, we are meant to be happy and healthy, our bodies and minds are designed to heal, survive and find joy and balance.
My goal is simple, to help people to feel better, feel their best and to share their health knowledge with those around them. I know how difficult it can be to have a stressful life, working full time, running a home, looking after family and still trying to carve out time for yourself, your health and your relationships before you reach breaking point.

It's time for change...
We have a global health crisis where chronic disease is constantly on the rise and experts say many deaths are preventable. New science tells us that the modern way of living, rushing from one task to another, eating highly processed and western diets are damaging our body systems. There are better ways to live where we are not just extending life with medication and surgery. With more support and education we can work towards healthy ageing, rather than painful and medicated ageing.
I can help you with my Holistic Health Coaching skills, we will look at your whole lifestyle to establish areas where there is an imbalance and where improvements can be made, we will achieve quick wins as well as long term sustainable benefits. We can work together on one or all of the four pillars of Nutrition, Sleep, Mind and Movement.
All you need is to be ready, willing and able to achieve your goals and we can get started straight away.
