The Circadian Rhythm is your built in 24hr body clock. To reset this and find your optimum sleep/wake cycle you need to fall asleep naturally and wake naturally for a few days to see what's your best sleep cycle. This would be ideally whilst camping in nature and so not great at this time of year when we are expecting a snow wall!
Keep lights low at night and avoid bright or phone/computer screen light for at least 2 hrs before bed. If you cannot do this then add orange light to your software.
Write down your current sleep routine, how do you prepare to sleep and approach sleep.
What are your habits?
